Frequent questions
Yes — SwingBook is built specifically for independent golf coaches. One link takes bookings, sells lesson packages, manages your clients, and gets you paid, instead of juggling a calendar, a payment app, and your notes.
Students pay by card on your booking page, and the money goes straight to your bank (powered by Stripe). You connect payouts once, then it's automatic.
No. SwingBook is subscription-only — you keep 100% of what you charge. No per-lesson fee, no marketplace cut.
Create a package with a number of sessions and one price. The student pays once, then schedules the sessions over time, with no additional charges.
Your first payout takes about a week while your account is verified (standard for new accounts). After that, money lands about 2 business days after each lesson, automatically.
Open the lesson and either pick a new time or send the student a link to choose one — no re-charge, and the package credit is preserved. A no-show isn't lost; it moves to "needs to reschedule."
They get a link (from their confirmation or from you) to pick times from your live availability — no account and no extra charge.
No. Students book as guests with just a name and email; everything they need arrives by email.
Free lets you coach up to 5 active students. Starter ("Par 9," $36/mo) and Pro ("Par 18," $72/mo) raise the limit and add group classes, private offers, flyers, and — on Pro — earnings insights.
Some coaches sell time in credits instead of a fixed number of lessons. You buy a pack of credits, then book sessions whenever you like — each session uses a set number of credits (your coach defines what a credit is worth, e.g. 1 credit = 30 min). No account needed, no extra charge when you book, and credits don't expire. You'll always see how many credits a session uses and how many you have left.
